Carl Reeves Jr.
Co-Founder
Carl Reeves Jr., M.Arch, is a passionate thought leader who believes in STEM education for children and a passionate advocate for curiosity, innovation, and equity. Carl understands that early exposure to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics not only builds critical thinking and problem-solving skills but also empowers young minds to see themselves as creators and leaders in a rapidly changing world. He sees potential in every child and works to break down barriers—be they economic, social, or cultural—that prevent access to quality STEM learning. Carl is deeply committed to nurturing a love of learning, encouraging hands-on exploration, and creating opportunities that spark lifelong confidence in students from all backgrounds. For him, STEM education is more than academics—it’s a gateway to future possibilities.
Carl has over 11 years of professional experience managing, planning, designing and constructing many buildings from K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Religious and Infrastructure facilities. Since his hands on experience conducting research on behalf of UNICEF for the Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) initiative in Uganda, Carl made a pledge to use his knowledge of the construction industry to help develop a more inclusive world for future generations. As the leader of the construction program, Carl has developed a curriculum to empower youth by providing them with the foundational tools and knowledge required to be successful in the construction industry.
Deshara Taylor
Co-Founder
Deshara Taylor is a dynamic entrepreneur and experienced retail professional who exemplifies leadership across multiple industries and community service. Born April 24, 1990, she brings over a decade of professional experience to her diverse portfolio of business ventures and retail operations.
As a business owner, Deshara demonstrates exceptional entrepreneurial acumen in managing Botanical Bliss LLC. Her business expertise extends into real estate through joint ventures with her husband, showcasing her ability to diversify and excel across multiple sectors.
Her leadership extends seamlessly into her retail career, where she serves as Team Lead, guiding teams and driving operational excellence through her collaborative management style. This hands-on experience in retail operations complements her entrepreneurial ventures perfectly.
Committed to giving back to her community, Deshara volunteers with youth at a little league football team, where she mentors young athletes and supports their development both on and off the field. This volunteer work reflects her dedication to nurturing the next generation and building stronger communities.
Beyond her professional achievements, Deshara is a devoted wife and mother who values family as her foundation. She has a passion for drawing, which showcases her artistic talents and attention to detail—skills that translate effectively into her business ventures and creative problem-solving abilities. Deshara’s unique combination of business ownership experience, real estate partnerships, retail leadership, community service, artistic talents, and strong family values positions her as a well-rounded professional who excels in building relationships and driving results across multiple domains.
Robert Johnson
Co-Founder
Robert Johnson Jr. has been serving in the United States Navy for 20 years and is an exceptional leader both in the military and in the community. He actively promotes personal and professional growth through education. Robert joined the Navy to travel the world, gain experience through various roles, and benefit from educational opportunities. These experiences have led him to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and various other certifications.
Growing up, Robert was fortunate to cross paths with people who were dedicated to helping others excel in life. Inspired by the mentoring and training he received, he felt it was necessary to provide the same support to others.
As a devoted father, Robert consistently communicates with his children about the importance of education and the opportunities it brings. He provides them with motivational talks, resources, and a safe environment to ask questions and excel in life. He is deeply involved in ensuring his children achieve their life goals.
